Southport Killer Axel Rudakubana Transferred to Broadmoor High-Security Hospital — Jul 23, 2026The Southport killer Axel Rudakubana, 19, has been moved from Belmarsh prison to Broadmoor high-security psychiatric hospital after an independent clinical assessment determined he cannot be safely managed in prison, and he will remain under constant supervision while serving his 52-year minimum sentence.
