Accelevation Prices $540 Million IPO Below Range

Accelevation Holdings, a manufacturer and installer of power and cooling infrastructure for data centers, priced its IPO at $18 per share, below its anticipated $20-to-$24 range, raising $540 million from the sale of 30 million shares. The company issued 10 million shares, while Olympus Partners-affiliated stockholders sold 20 million; Accelevation will receive no proceeds from the stockholder sales, and the company’s share of proceeds is intended to help repay debt and cover offering costs and general corporate needs. The shares began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker ACCV and opened at $17.55, below the IPO price. Accelevation reported 147% revenue growth in 2025 and a backlog of about $1.1 billion as of June 2026, while Olympus is set to retain majority voting control.
