Actress Selma Blair was arrested Sunday after allegedly attacking crew members on board a Delta flight into New York City.
"On Sunday October 11 at approximately 11pm at JFK Airport, PAPD responded to a call about a physically abusive passenger aboard Delta Airlines flight 938 which was parked at the gate after arrival from LAX," New York Port Authority officials confirmed to Fox News Digital.
"Suspect was identified as Selma Blair, a 54-year-old woman. She was taken into custody and transported to the hospital for evaluation."
A representative for Blair told TMZ, "Selma experienced a medical emergency that led to the alleged conduct. Upon landing, she received immediate medical attention and is currently in stable condition."
Officials said two flight attendants reported injuries, and one was transported to the hospital for further evaluation.
"We'd like to have some medical personnel at the gate for a couple of the FA's [flight attendant's] involved in the passenger incident," dispatch requested in audio obtained by Fox News Digital. "They just need to get a couple things looked at."
Delta confirmed that law enforcement officials responded to an incident upon arrival to John F. Kennedy International Airport, a flight which departed out of Los Angeles earlier in the day.
"Delta has zero tolerance for unruly or unlawful behavior, as the safety of our customers and crew always comes first," Delta said in a statement.
The actress was previously involved in an incident on board a Delta flight from Mexico in 2016.
TMZ reported at the time that Blair was crying and saying things like, "He burns my private parts. He won't let me eat or drink.” She was removed from the aircraft via stretcher and taken to the hospital.
Days after the original incident, Blair issued an apology to Vanity Fair.
"I made a big mistake yesterday. After a lovely trip with my son and his Dad, I mixed alcohol with medication, and that caused me to black out and led me to say and do things that I deeply regret," she said in part. "I am a flawed human being who makes mistakes and am filled with shame over this incident. I am truly very sorry."
