Arkansas Man Charged in $245K Medicaid Fraud

Arkansas authorities say Marcus Jones, 31, of North Little Rock, was charged with a Class A felony after allegedly billing Medicaid $245,401 for services not provided and for excessive hours. The case was referred to the Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit by the state Medicaid Inspector General. Jones pleaded not guilty on Oct. 1, according to court records; the allegations have not been proven in court.
