Bahnsen Group plans $1.1B Naples acquisition

The Bahnsen Group, a Hightower company, is bringing Hightower Naples, a Florida wealth management practice with about $1.1 billion in assets, under its brand in its first move to integrate another Hightower advisory team through its flagship franchise model. The deal is expected to close at the end of 2026 and will add a Naples office, making it the group’s second Florida location alongside Palm Beach. Founders David Emma and Mark Masterson and the practice’s team will join The Bahnsen Group, which manages about $10.5 billion; the combined business is expected to oversee $11.6 billion. Hightower is positioning The Bahnsen Group as a platform for bringing in additional advisory teams, and the group has indicated it expects further additions.
