Toggl Report Links Poor Scoping to Lost Deals

Toggl’s 2025 Productivity Index points to slow responses to prospective customers, weak project scoping and unconfident pitches as potential sources of lost revenue for service businesses. Fragmented data across tools and teams can also obscure how work hours are being used, contributing to unnecessary costs. The article recommends responding to prospects promptly while maintaining quality and using data to support pitches and demonstrate capacity.
