A three-bedroom home with a pool on an 8,712-square-foot lot in Saint Helena sold for $3.93 million, or $1,489 per square foot, on Sept. 30. A four-bedroom home built in 2017 in San Jose sold for $3.73 million; the two-story house has five bathrooms and sits on a 6,900-square-foot lot. A three-bedroom house on 1.8 acres in Auburn sold for $389,000. In Pittsburgh’s Strip District, a custom-built, three-bedroom townhouse in the 2500 Smallman development is listed for $3.1 million; the 2015 home features four fireplaces, a sauna, a three-car garage and high-end finishes, and had been on the market for more than 140 days.
