eXp Plans AI Links Across Agent Data
eXp Realty has introduced “MCP First, AI of Choice,” allowing agents to connect AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT to eXp business data and selected partner tools through the Model Context Protocol. Rather than requiring agents to adopt a proprietary chatbot or new workflow, the brokerage says the integrations are intended to let them work within AI tools and systems they already use. Agents will be able to query information including production, leads, transactions, training progress and CRM records; additional integrations are planned. eXp executives describe the initiative as part of a broader effort to offer agents flexibility and reduce friction, and as the first visible component of AGNT OS, a larger systems modernization targeted for early 2027.
