Fluence Energy Faces Securities Class-Action Suit

Investors have filed a securities class action against Fluence Energy, alleging that the company misled shareholders about its ability to meet fiscal 2026 revenue guidance. The complaints claim Fluence relied on contract manufacturing facilities that were unfinished or unable to produce at expected volumes, and that fixes for persistent manufacturing problems had not resolved them. The allegations cover investors who acquired Fluence securities from November 24, 2025, through September 16, 2026; the claims have not been established in court. A separate notice cites weaker margins and rising losses in Fluence’s first-quarter 2026 results as well as a sharp stock decline, and announces another class action on behalf of investors.
