France Expands Train-Air Tickets to Ouigo
Travelers heading to Europe face changing entry and airport procedures, including new passport-control rules and possible sources of longer lines, though a Connecticut travel segment did not specify the changes. In France, Air France and SNCF are expanding their Train + Air booking option to selected Ouigo services to Paris-Charles de Gaulle, letting passengers book rail and air travel together and receive rebooking help if a disruption causes a missed connection. Foreign residents of France whose residence cards have expired while renewals are pending may cross Schengen borders with a valid passport, the expired card and an official récépissé confirming the renewal application, according to French government guidance.
