Von der Leyen, Lavrov and Rubio Set for Key Diplomatic Meetings

The Oct. 5 international agenda includes European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen debating with EU lawmakers ahead of the next European Council meeting, while Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is scheduled to meet Afghanistan’s foreign minister.
