Graphano Energy Drops 3D Earn-In, Refocuses on Graphite
Graphano Energy will not proceed with its proposed earn-in transaction with 3D Genesis Technologies for the APIC metal additive manufacturing technology after the 90-day agreement period expired. The companies could not resolve issues concerning the technology’s intellectual property, which Graphano said must be settled before it commits shareholder capital. No definitive agreement was signed, and no shares or funds changed hands; Graphano will withdraw its application to the TSX Venture Exchange. The company said it may revisit discussions if the IP matters are resolved, while prioritizing its Québec graphite projects, including planned work at Black Jack.
