Haynes, The Dump Set to Close 12 Stores

Haynes Furniture and The Dump Luxe Furniture Outlets are permanently closing all 12 stores across Virginia, Arizona, Georgia, Illinois and Texas, ending a family-run retail business that began in 1898. Going-out-of-business sales started Oct. 8, 2026, with SB360 Capital Partners managing the liquidation; reported discounts range from 40% to 80%, with further markdowns expected as inventory is sold. Executive chairman E.J. Strelitz called the closure a bittersweet end and said the company is committed to supporting employees as they retire or move on to other opportunities.
