Isaias Alters Fall Baseball Schedules Across South

Tropical Storm Isaias’ expected rainfall and severe weather have disrupted several college baseball fall exhibitions. Coastal Carolina and Clemson moved their two-game series at Pelicans Ballpark to Friday at 8 p.m. and Saturday at 1 p.m., while Auburn’s Saturday exhibition against Florida State in Pensacola was canceled and will not be rescheduled. Mississippi State and Auburn shifted their Biloxi game to Thursday at 6 p.m., and Mississippi State’s Saturday game against Southern Miss was canceled. Florida State will now begin its fall schedule against Jacksonville on Oct. 16.
