Lamers Wins Two First-Place World Dairy Expo Awards

Appleton-based Lamers Dairy won first place for its whole chocolate milk and 1% low-fat chocolate milk at the 2026 World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Product Contest, and second place for its half-and-half. The international contest drew 1,236 entries from 157 companies. At the 2026 Wisconsin State Fair Dairy Products Contest, Lamers’ whole white milk was named Grand Champion Fluid Milk, while the company also earned honors for several other milk products, including its 1% chocolate milk. Lamers President Mark Lamers credited the recognition to the dairy’s employees and local farm families.
