Missing Kentucky Teen Found Safe in Idaho

A missing 16-year-old from Bowling Green, Kentucky, was found safe in Idaho on Sept. 30 with a 32-year-old truck driver, who was taken into custody without incident. The teen was reunited with her family; authorities have not publicly detailed potential charges. The FBI said the recovery involved cooperation among federal, state and local law enforcement agencies and was part of Operation Summer Heat 2.0, which identified or located more than 1,400 child victims nationwide.
