Mortgage AI launches expand training, loan automation
Mortgage Lab has launched a free UK community to help mortgage advisers apply AI to regulated advice work, with practical guides, briefings, podcasts and training backed by five founding partners. Its launch comes as reported AI use among UK advice professionals climbed from 43% to 74% in a year; the platform’s founders say advisers need guidance that supports efficiency while protecting client information and good outcomes. Separately, nCino introduced an AI-powered Loan Officer Productivity Suite integrated into its mortgage platform, combining tools for answering loan and guideline questions, checking eligibility and automating routine processes. The company says the suite uses each lender’s data and rules to reduce manual work, with Educated Mortgage already using the tools and Security National Financial Corporation preparing to deploy them.
