Museum redesigns full-scale Trump Oval Office replica with gold accents

The People’s House museum in Washington has redesigned its full-size Oval Office replica to reflect President Donald Trump’s second-term decor, with gold-toned wall details, ornate vases, crowded surfaces and 24 portraits in gilded frames. Specialists recreated the room’s features using hand-carved frames and 3D scanning and printing; the exhibit also includes a replica Resolute Desk, mirrors and a copy of the Declaration of Independence. Since public White House tours do not include the West Wing, the exhibit offers visitors a chance to experience a version of the Oval Office.
