Nara Smith defends having four children by 23
Nara Smith, 25, appeared on the Oct. 8 Aspire podcast and discussed having four children by age 23. She said she had her first child at 19 and her last a year ago when she turned 23, with that child born on her birthday. Smith said she wanted kids younger and did not want to be an old mom. Her father had children at 45 and said he wished he had started earlier because of his energy, she recounted. Lucky Blue Smith shared her outlook on having kids early, and she said it slotted into place after they met. Smith said kids do not hold you back and that, with more planning and help when needed, parenthood does not make a major difference in her career. She called it the best decision. Lucky, 28, has a daughter, Gravity, 9, from a previous relationship; the couple got together in 2019. Their children include Rumble, Slim Easy, Whimsy Lou and Fawnie Golden, with births cited in 2020, 2022, 2024 and October 2025; outlets differ on some ages. After Whimsy's cancer diagnosis, Smith said they brought in her parents and hired a nanny while letting go of guilt. Coverage states Whimsy is in remission.
