Packers RB Chris Brooks Undergoes Ankle Tests
Packers running back Chris Brooks left Green Bay’s Week 4 win over Tampa Bay with an ankle injury after rushing for 30 yards on four carries and catching one pass for five yards. He underwent further testing, and coach Matt LaFleur said tests were still ongoing, with an update expected by Wednesday. Brooks could have a chance at a larger role if healthy: MarShawn Lloyd and Kaleb Johnson both fumbled, while Josh Jacobs remains unavailable, leaving Green Bay’s backfield unsettled.
