Pomerantz Investigates Five Companies After Sharp Stock Drops

Pomerantz LLP is investigating whether Stryker, Sionna Therapeutics, J.B. Hunt, EHang Holdings and JinkoSolar, and certain officers or directors, violated securities laws after sharp stock drops. Sionna shares fell $46.54, or 91.18%, to $4.50 on August 10, 2026 when its Phase 2a PreciSION CF trial of SION-719 added to Trikafta failed to meet the key endpoint of reduced sweat chloride. Stryker shares fell $26.70, or 8.81%, to $276.43 on September 8, 2026 after its CEO said a peripheral vascular manufacturing problem would persist into Q4 2026 rather than resolve in Q3 as earlier indicated. J.B. Hunt dropped 13.3% on a forecast of 5% to 10% sequential earnings decline from higher diesel prices and driver expenses. EHang fell 7.1% on a revenue miss amid slower passenger-operation approvals, and JinkoSolar ADR fell nearly 12% twice after an impairment loss and weak results. Pomerantz also is looking at Dr. Reddy’s after a 9.4% drop on EPS of $0.06 from a ₹2.4 billion semaglutide provision and at L3Harris after CEO Christopher Kubasik stepped down over Code of Conduct issues, with shares down 4.61%. Court claims if any are unresolved.
