Schools Announce 2026 Homecoming Courts
Schools in several communities announced their 2026 homecoming courts and celebrations, with courts set to be recognized at football games and dances scheduled around the festivities. Lisbon’s David Anderson High School named Bridgett Newbold queen; its court will be recognized at Friday’s game against Southern Local, followed by a Saturday dance. Paulding High School’s court includes students from every grade, with crowning planned at its October 9 homecoming game, while Adair–Casey/Guthrie Center announced five king and five queen candidates ahead of its game against AHSTW. A Knoxville-area photo gallery highlights court appearances and crowning celebrations at schools including Bradley Central, Oak Ridge, Knoxville Catholic, Maryville and Hardin Valley Academy. Another school’s court features five candidates for king and five for queen, including two pairs campaigning together.
