Flyers reportedly sign Bunting to $1.2M deal

The Philadelphia Flyers have signed forward Michael Bunting to a one-year, $1.2 million contract as they seek a spark after opening the season 0-2-2. Bunting, 31, recorded 14 goals and 33 points in 74 games split between the Nashville Predators and Dallas Stars last season. A veteran of six NHL teams before joining Philadelphia, he has 109 goals and 252 points in 418 career games and is expected to compete for a bottom-six role.
