Briscoe Wins Bank of America 400 for Second Straight Victory

Chase Briscoe won the Bank of America 400 at Charlotte Motor Speedway, his second consecutive NASCAR Cup Series victory, as the playoff race returned to the track’s oval for the first time since 2017. Kyle Larson finished sixth, won the first stage and led 97 laps, maintaining the points lead with a 49-point advantage over Denny Hamlin, who finished fifth. Briscoe led 62 laps and moved within 65 points of Larson; Christopher Bell led 93 laps. Six of the 10 Chase races have been completed, and the standings remain unofficial.
