Stellantis Q3 Shipments Fall 1%, Europe Gains 10%
Stellantis estimated third-quarter shipments at 1.3 million vehicles, down 1% from a year earlier. North American shipments fell 12%, mainly because of planned summer production shutdowns that reduced deliveries of the Jeep Grand Cherokee and Compass, while stronger Ram sales partly offset the decline. Enlarged Europe was the only region to grow, with shipments up 10% on demand for electric vehicles and new models, including vehicles from Stellantis and partner Leapmotor. Shipments in the Middle East and Africa declined 21%, with weakness in Türkiye contributing to the drop.
