University of Arizona plans 2027 tuition freeze

The University of Arizona plans to freeze tuition and fees for fall 2027 for resident and nonresident undergraduates and graduate students. The move extends a freeze on resident undergraduate tuition and fees for a fourth consecutive year and expands it to additional student groups. Medical and veterinary students are excluded and are expected to face tuition increases. The Arizona Board of Regents will review the proposal in November.
