Wealthy Investors See Rates as Top Growth Risk
A Deutsche Bank survey of family offices and wealthy investors found that rising interest rates and bond yields were their leading concern for global economic growth, cited by 37% of respondents, ahead of inflation at 23% and artificial-intelligence risks at 17%. Some 73% viewed Asia as the most geopolitically stable region over the next 12 months, while 14% chose the United States. Despite that preference for stability in Asia, 54% said they planned to increase U.S. investments, compared with 30% planning to raise allocations to Asia. The poll was conducted at Deutsche Bank’s 2026 Emerging Markets Family Office Forum in Singapore, which the bank described as an increasingly prominent global wealth hub.
