Zach Bryan Reportedly Buys $18.25M Tennessee Estate

Country singer Zach Bryan reportedly bought a nearly 40-acre estate in Leiper’s Fork, near Franklin, Tennessee, for $18.25 million, with property records indicating the sale closed in February 2026. The main house has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and a wraparound porch overlooking the countryside. The property also includes ponds, gardens, walking trails, a saltwater infinity pool and an outdoor kitchen. Its 5,300-square-foot entertainment barn is larger than the 5,035-square-foot residence and includes guest suites, a bar, fireplaces, a game room, gym, catering kitchen and professional recording studio. The purchase follows reports of Bryan’s marriage to Samantha Leonard and adds to his recent real-estate acquisitions, including a New York townhouse.
