About Chapter 1
"Chapter 1" is the pilot and first episode of the first season of the American surrealist superhero thriller television series Legion, based on the Marvel Comics character David Haller. The episode follows David, who believes himself to have schizophrenia until he is interrogated by government agents who think he may be the most powerful mutant alive. The episode was written and directed by series creator Noah Hawley.
