Hopkins joins Patriots coaching staff in advisory role
DeAndre Hopkins is spending training camp with the New England Patriots in a coaching/advisory capacity as he weighs a post-playing career, with Mike Vrabel confirming Hopkins is assisting the coaching and personnel staff rather than trying out as a receiver. Reports across sources emphasize his long Hall of Fame-caliber career, his most recent 2025 season with the Ravens, and the Patriots’ openness to him transitioning toward coaching or a front-office role.
