Greencore Raises Profit Outlook on Bakkavor Integration
Greencore has raised its FY26 adjusted operating profit guidance to £234–£242 million as the Bakkavor integration delivers early cost savings and growth, with 3.2% pro forma revenue growth and 0.7% higher volumes aided by 375 new products. The group is exploring a potential sale of its U.S. operations while forecasting about £15 million of cost synergies this year and at least £80 million annually in the medium term, plus launches like the first joint desserts contract in August as volume momentum continues into Q4.
