Canada set for home friendlies vs Chile, Peru
Canada will host Chile in Toronto on September 26 and Peru in Montreal on October 3 as a celebratory homecoming after their historic World Cup run, which saw their first knockout-stage berth and a 6-0 win over Qatar. Head coach Jesse Marsch says the friendlies are a chance to thank fans and sustain the sport’s momentum as Canada looks to build on the achievement.
