Tarling to race Vuelta Spain in brother's honour
British rider Josh Tarling will compete in the Vuelta a Espana as a tribute to his late brother Finlay, who died after a vehicle entered the Volta a Portugal course, with Netcompany-Ineos fully backing his decision as the race begins in Monaco on August 22. The tragedy prompted an outpouring of tributes from the cycling community and renewed calls for safety reforms, with officials investigating the incident as the Tarling family expresses support for Josh.
