Kalshi reportedly probes bets on press secretary pick
Kalshi is investigating several unusually timed bets on Katie Zacharia, whose odds of becoming President Donald Trump’s White House press secretary had been about 1% before his announcement. The wagers, placed shortly before the news emerged, could pay out thousands of dollars and have renewed concerns about people using nonpublic information in prediction markets.
