About Libertarian Party
The Libertarian Party (LP) is a right-libertarian political party in the United States. The party promotes libertarianism, specifically fiscal conservatism and laissez-faire capitalism, civil libertarianism and cultural liberalism, foreign non-interventionism, and limiting the size and scope of government. As of 2026, it is the third-largest political party in the United States by voter registration, ahead of the Green Party of the United States.
