12 IHRA-Linked Racetracks Listed for Auction

Darryl Cuttell’s Darana/IHRA network has put a portfolio of racetracks up for auction, with listings naming 12 properties across eight states, including Heartland Motorsports Park, Atlanta Dragway and Rockingham Speedway. Sealed bids are due November 17, 2026, and the listings generally require a 10% buyer’s premium, a 10% deposit and closing within 30 days; properties are sold as-is, with no contingencies or published reserve prices. Heartland’s listing identifies Darana Motorsports Holdings as the seller, less than a year after IHRA acquired the Kansas facility and amid uncertainty following a canceled event and staff departures. The sales follow a turbulent period for IHRA that included event cancellations and the collapse of its professional tour, leaving the tracks’ ownership and future as racing venues uncertain.
