Dallas Taqueria Earns First Michelin Bib Gourmand

Lake Highlands’ Resident Taqueria has earned its first Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand after 11 years in business, recognizing its high-quality food at moderate prices. Chef-owner Savoie opened the neighborhood restaurant in 2015, drawing on his fine-dining background to create an inventive taco menu influenced by cuisines from around the world. He credited the honor to his team and said the recognition will not change the restaurant’s approach: serving creative, hospitable food to the local community.
