Food Businesses Plan New U.S. Locations
Rusty Taco plans to open its second Washington Dulles International Airport location in Concourse E, a roughly 3,000-square-foot full-service restaurant with a larger dining room, bar and grab-and-go section, operated by franchise partners Aero Taco LLC. The Taco 105, a family-run Mattituck, New York, restaurant serving globally inspired tacos, says it will pursue franchising while aiming to preserve its food, creativity and personal approach. In Austin, Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognized Cuantos Tacos plans to open its first brick-and-mortar restaurant in early 2027, expanding beyond the taco truck it has operated for seven years.
