Four Wounded in Three Memphis Shootings

Memphis police are investigating three separate shootings reported Wednesday night and Thursday: one on St. Pierre Boulevard in East Memphis, one on East McLemore Avenue in South Memphis, and one on Chelsea Avenue in North Memphis. The St. Pierre Boulevard shooting injured one person, whose condition was not known in the initial reports; police had not released suspect information. A man wounded on East McLemore Avenue was taken to a hospital, and the suspect remained at large. In the North Memphis shooting, a man and a woman were critically injured, and investigators said two men left the scene in a red Honda sedan. No arrests had been reported in the Chelsea Avenue case.
