JINYA Ramen Bar is opening its second South Carolina restaurant at Magnolia Park Shopping Center on Woodruff Road in Greenville, bringing the JINYA Holdings portfolio to 83 locations. The restaurant centers on 12 signature ramen bowls, with customizable options, in-house broths prepared over more than 20 hours, small plates and rice bowls. Its warm, modern space includes an open kitchen and full-service bar, and the company says Greenville’s growth and location helped make it an attractive market. The Oct. 7 grand opening will offer a free ramen bowl for a future visit to the first 100 guests in line.
