Mandan Teen Killed, Several Injured in Bismarck Crash

A 16-year-old Mandan girl, Taylor Fisher, died after a westbound Infiniti struck the passenger side of a Chevy Equinox at West Main Avenue and Missouri Avenue in Bismarck on Friday night. Three other people were injured, including the Infiniti’s 19-year-old driver and two occupants of the Equinox. Police say speed may have contributed, and investigators are examining a preliminary allegation that the Infiniti was racing another vehicle; the crash remains under investigation. The death has prompted mourning in Mandan, including a candlelight vigil, and the school district is offering counseling to students.
