Shootings Injure Men Across Four Cities

Separate shootings were reported in Wichita, Des Moines, Memphis and Pittsburgh. In northeast Wichita, a man was hospitalized in critical condition after a Sunday afternoon shooting, which remains under investigation. In downtown Des Moines, a 23-year-old man suffered multiple gunshot wounds early Sunday; police recovered evidence, and two people were arrested on unrelated charges. A man was critically injured in an overnight shooting in southeast Memphis, where police said three suspects fled in a gray sedan. In Pittsburgh’s Strip District, a man was shot outside a bar early Saturday and taken to surgery in critical condition; police reported no arrests.
