Abigail Johnson is the chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Fidelity Investments. The company had been founded by her grandfather, Edward C. Johnson II, in 1946, and her father, Edward Johnson III, was its CEO when she joined. Johnson became president in 2012, CEO in 2014, and chairman in 2016.
