New Orleans Saints left tackle Kelvin Banks Jr. suffered a severe high-ankle sprain against the Ravens, will undergo ankle surgery and be out indefinitely, with Asim Richards likely stepping into the starting lineup. The injury comes after a comeback win for the Saints, and while a late-season return is possible, the team faces a significant disruption to its offensive line.
