The New England Patriots acquired running back Corey Kiner from the Arizona Cardinals for a 2028 seventh-round pick, adding him as a potential third option behind Rhamondre Stevenson and TreVeyon Henderson as rosters are trimmed. Kiner, a 24-year-old with college production from LSU and Cincinnati, has NFL experience but will compete for carries and special-teams roles in New England.
