Law firm opens securities probes into five companies

Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP announced securities-fraud investigations into Jackson Financial, Immunovant, La-Z-Boy, Foghorn Therapeutics and Scholastic, examining whether the companies misled investors or withheld material information. The inquiries follow reports of alleged reinsurance practices at Jackson, disappointing drug-trial results at Immunovant and Foghorn, and weaker-than-expected results or guidance at La-Z-Boy and Scholastic, which were followed by share-price declines.
