The Miami Dolphins entered 2026 with the NFL’s youngest roster, averaging 25.3 years and with about 47 percent of players aged 22 to 24, signaling a deliberate rebuild under GM Jon-Eric Sullivan and coach Jeff Hafley focused on long-term development over immediate wins. While this youth movement may bring early struggles, the plan centers on building a durable culture, discipline, and a solid foundation for future success.
