AbbVie’s Zumilokibart Hits EASI-75 Goal in Phase 2 Eczema Trial
At EADV 2026, long-term ADlong results showed sustained efficacy and safety with lebrikizumab through week 108, with 92.9% of participants achieving EASI-75. Separately, AbbVie’s Phase 2 trial found all zumilokibart doses beat placebo on the week-16 EASI-75 endpoint, and the mid-dose regimen was selected for Phase 3 development.
