Hull City are poised to sign 31-year-old Japanese international Hidemasa Morita on a free transfer after a long pursuit dating back to 2022, with BBC Humberside confirming the deal in the final stages amid competition from Ipswich Town. The move comes as Hull continue a busy transfer window, building a squad with additions including Issa Diop, Daizen Maeda, Abdul Fatawu, and Kayne van Oevelen to bolster their Premier League campaign.
