Trump Media pivots to Truth API licensing

Trump Media & Technology Group reports a 89% year-over-year Q2 revenue rise to $1.7 million driven by Truth+ and Truth API, but posts a $238.1 million quarterly net loss due to unrealized digital asset and equity losses, as it pursues a liquidity-backed path toward a planned Q4 2026 merger with TAE Technologies and expands Truth Social and related platforms. The company is shifting away from crypto initiatives, scrapping Crypto.com CRO plans and pivoting toward media, data licensing, and the TAE deal, while valuation analyses suggest the stock trades at a premium relative to cash flow and book value despite ongoing profitability challenges.
